  2. 2. Cook the pasta in it until it is al dente.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water.
  4. 4. Let the pasta drain well.
  5. 5. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  6. 6. Halve the bell pepper and remove the core.
  7. 7. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes.
  8. 8. Peel the shallot and the garlic.
  9. 9. Finely chop the shallot and garlic.
  10. 10. Heat butter in a pan.
  11. 11. Sauté the shallot and garlic in it until translucent.
  12. 12. Add the mushroom slices and fry them briefly.
  13. 13. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside.
  15. 15. Wash the tomatoes.
  16. 16. Halve the tomatoes.
