🍝 Tasty Pasta Salad with Mediterranean Touch

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- salt
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 250 g mini mozzarella balls
- 150 g arugula
- 1 handful basil
- 180 g salami (e.g. with pepper edge; in thin slices)
- 4 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Bring plenty of water to a boil and add salt.
- 2. Cook the pasta in it until it is al dente (firm to the bite).
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and remove the green stem area.
- 4. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 5. Let the mozzarella drain well.
- 6. Wash the arugula and shake it dry.
- 7. Tear the arugula leaves into smaller pieces if desired.
- 8. Wash the basil and pat it dry.
- 9. Pluck the basil leaves off.
- 10. Cut the basil leaves into thin strips.
- 11. Cut the salami into wide strips.
- 12. Drain the pasta.
- 13. Rinse the pasta with cold water.
- 14. Let the pasta drain well.
- 15. Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
- 16. Add the balsamic vinegar.
- 17. Add the olive oil.
- 18. Mix everything gently.
- 19. Season the salad with salt.
- 20. Season the salad with pepper.
- 21. Serve the salad on plates.
