  1. 1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and add plenty of salt.
  2. 2. Cook the bow-tie pasta in it until al dente (firm to the bite).
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it immediately with very cold water so it does not continue cooking.
  4. 4. Let the pasta drain well and let it cool down completely.
  5. 5. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips.
  6. 6. Drain the feta cheese and cut it into small cubes.
  7. 7. Add the tomato strips and the feta cubes to the cooled pasta.
  8. 8. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  9. 9. Cut the basil into thin strips.
  10. 10. Mix vinegar, pepper, and paprika powder in a small bowl.
  11. 11. Pour the vinegar mixture over the pasta salad.
  12. 12. Mix everything well together.
  13. 13. Let the salad sit for approx. 30 minutes so the flavors can infuse.
  14. 14. Season the salad with salt and other spices as needed.
  15. 15. Reserve the cut basil strips and stir them into the salad.
  16. 16. Serve the finished salad on plates.
