  1. 1. Cook the couscous according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  3. 3. Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  4. 4. Cut the pepper flesh into small cubes.
  5. 5. Wash the snow peas.
  6. 6. Put the snow peas in boiling salted water for 4 minutes (this is called blanching).
  7. 7. Immediately shock the snow peas with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  8. 8. Let the snow peas drain well.
  9. 9. Cut the snow peas in half lengthwise.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic clove.
  11. 11. Mince the garlic very finely.
  12. 12. Mix oil, lemon juice, the minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make a vinaigrette.
  13. 13. Combine the cooked couscous, the pepper cubes, the olives, and the snow peas in a bowl.
  14. 14. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad mixture.
  15. 15. Toss everything well until the ingredients are evenly coated.
  16. 16. Taste the salad and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
  17. 17. Portion the salad into takeaway containers.
  18. 18. Crumble the feta cheese over each individual salad.
