🍽️ Mediterranean Bean Salad with Tuna

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes for boiling
- 1 white onion
- 400 g beans from the can (pearl beans or small borlotti beans)
- 300 g tuna from the can, without oil (drained weight)
- olive oil
- 4 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 100 ml fish stock (from the jar)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper from the mill
Instructions
- 1. Peel the boiled potatoes.
- 2. Slice the potatoes into small pieces.
- 3. Peel the onion.
- 4. Cut the onion into thin rings.
- 5. Drain the beans.
- 6. Drain the tuna.
- 7. Break the tuna into small pieces.
- 8. Add the tuna, beans, potatoes, onion rings, and parsley to a bowl.
- 9. Add 4 tablespoons of oil, fish stock, and vinegar.
- 10. Mix everything well.
- 11. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
