🍽️ Mediterranean Marinade for Skewers

Ingredients
- 200 ml olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- thyme (2 sprigs each)
- oregano (2 sprigs each)
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 small chili pepper
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Pour the olive oil into a small bowl.
- 2. Press the garlic cloves directly into the oil.
- 3. Finely chop the fresh herbs.
- 4. Add the chopped herbs to the oil and garlic mixture.
- 5. Place the bay leaf into the bowl.
- 6. Chop the chili pepper and add it to the mixture.
- 7. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
- 8. Add the vinegar to the mixture.
- 9. Stir all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon.
- 10. Taste the marinade and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 11. The marinade is now ready to be brushed onto skewers.
