Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled egg yolks
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- salt, black pepper
- 125 ml oil
Instructions
- 1. Take the egg yolk and place it in a bowl.
- 2. Add the vinegar, the mustard, the salt, and the black pepper.
- 3. Stir the ingredients vigorously with a spoon or whisk.
- 4. Add the oil very slowly, drop by drop.
- 5. Once the mixture thickens, pour the oil in a thin, steady stream.
- 6. Continue stirring until a creamy mayonnaise has formed.
