  6. 6. Knead the dough until smooth with your hands.

  8. 8. Shape the dough into a ball.
  9. 9. Wrap the ball in cling film.
  10. 10. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
  12. 12. Wash the spring onions.
  13. 13. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  14. 14. Clean the spinach and wash it thoroughly.
  15. 15. Blanch the spinach briefly in boiling water.
  16. 16. Shock the spinach in cold water.
  17. 17. Squeeze the spinach very well to remove excess water.
  18. 18. Finely chop the spinach leaves.
  19. 19. Cube the bread roll into small pieces.
  20. 20. Soak the bread cubes in the lukewarm milk.

  50. 50. Serve mixed salad on the side if desired.
