  2. 2. Slice the cucumbers. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Wash the radishes and grate them finely.
  3. 3. Mix the sour cream and the yogurt with the herbs, onion, radishes, and cucumbers. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Toss the potatoes in the melted butter. Serve them with the matjes and pour the sauce over everything.
