  6. 6. Add the orange slices to the juice.
  7. 7. Crush red peppercorns and juniper berries slightly with the back of a knife.
  8. 8. Stir the crushed spices into the orange juice.
  9. 9. Drain green peppercorns.
  10. 10. Add the green peppercorns to the mixture.
  11. 11. Stir in ginger powder.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with a little salt and white pepper.
  13. 13. Wash the pointed pepper.
  14. 14. Halve the pepper.
  15. 15. Remove the white membranes and seeds.
  16. 16. Cut the flesh into thin strips.
  17. 17. Wash the spring onion.
  18. 18. Remove the ends of the spring onion.
  19. 19. Slice the spring onion diagonally into thin rings.
  20. 20. Rinse the matjes fillets briefly.
  21. 21. Pat the matjes fillets dry.
  22. 22. Cut the matjes fillets diagonally into large pieces.
  23. 23. Add the pepper strips to the orange preparation.
  24. 24. Add the spring onion rings to the orange preparation.
  25. 25. Add the matjes fillets to the orange preparation.
  26. 26. Mix all ingredients well.
  27. 27. Cover the bowl.
  28. 28. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
