  4. 4. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and slice them.
  5. 5. Mix the sour cream, the cream, and the curry powder in a bowl.
  6. 6. Season the sauce with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  7. 7. Take the matjes out of the milk and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Cut the matjes into bite-sized pieces.
  9. 9. Mix the matjes with the onion cubes, the egg slices, and the capers.
  10. 10. Pour the curry sauce over the mixture.
