  8. 8. Cook the beans in the salted water for 10 to 12 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the outer leaves of the radicchio.
  10. 10. Cut the radicchio into small pieces.
  11. 11. Pour the vinegar into a bowl.
  12. 12. Add the egg yolk, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
