🥤 Hibiscus-Mate Tea

Ingredients
- 2 tsp mate leaves
- 1 tsp dried hibiscus flowers
- 0.5 tsp dried organic rose petals
- 0.5 small vanilla pod
Instructions
- 1. Put mate, hibiscus, and rose leaves into a small pot.
- 2. Pour 200 milliliters of boiling water over the herbs.
- 3. Cover the pot and let the tea steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Slice the half vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 5. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife.
- 6. Strain the finished tea into a cup through a sieve.
- 7. Stir the vanilla seeds into the tea.
