Ingredients
- 20 g matcha tea powder (powder)
- 800 ml water
- 200 ml milk
Instructions
- 1. Put the matcha powder into a small bowl.
- 2. Add a small amount of cold water.
- 3. Whisk the mixture with a matcha whisk (or a small balloon whisk) until smooth and lump-free.
- 4. Pour in hot water (between 80 and 90 degrees Celsius).
- 5. Whisk vigorously until the tea is well dissolved.
- 6. Divide the tea mixture evenly among four glasses.
- 7. Froth the hot milk.
- 8. Pour the warm milk carefully over the tea.
- 9. Top with the milk foam.
- 10. Serve the matcha latte immediately.
