  3. 3. Whisk the mixture with a matcha whisk (or a small balloon whisk) until smooth and lump-free.
  4. 4. Pour in hot water (between 80 and 90 degrees Celsius).
  5. 5. Whisk vigorously until the tea is well dissolved.
  6. 6. Divide the tea mixture evenly among four glasses.
  7. 7. Froth the hot milk.
  8. 8. Pour the warm milk carefully over the tea.
  9. 9. Top with the milk foam.
  10. 10. Serve the matcha latte immediately.
