Ingredients
- 4 limes
- 4 tsp matcha tea powder
- 20 g coconut blossom sugar (2 tbsp)
- 500 ml chilled cloudy apple juice
- 500 ml cold water
- Crushed Ice
- 4 sprigs mint
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the limes and mix the juice thoroughly with the matcha powder and coconut blossom sugar. Add the apple juice, top up with 500 milliliters of well-chilled water, and stir everything vigorously.
- 2. Divide the mixture among four glasses and add crushed ice to each one. Wash the mint, shake it dry, pluck off the leaves, garnish the drinks with them, and serve immediately.
