Ingredients
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Bourbon Vanilla Powder
- 1 tbsp Cherry Liqueur
- 250 g Cherries (pitted)
- 16 Ladyfingers
- Cocoa Powder
- nice Cherries (with stem)
Instructions
- 1. Put the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, and one tablespoon of liqueur into a bowl.
- 2. Whip the ingredients with a mixer until you have a light cream.
- 3. Take four ladyfinger biscuits and place them in tall dessert glasses.
- 4. Fill the glasses alternately with mascarpone cream and cherries.
- 5. Always finish the layers with the mascarpone cream.
- 6. Place the glasses in the refrigerator overnight with a cover.
- 7. Dust the cream generously with cocoa powder before serving.
- 8. Garnish the dessert with fresh cherries.
