🍽️ Fruity Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients
- 250 g Mascarpone
- Lime (freshly squeezed juice)
- 150 g Sugar
- 150 ml Whipping cream
- 2 sheets Gelatin
- 40 ml Amaretto
- Raspberries
- Kiwi slice
- Lime zest
- Raspberry puree
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 2. Mix the lime juice and sugar with the mascarpone. Gently fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Dissolve the soaked gelatin in warm Amaretto and stir it into the cream.
- 3. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a large star tip. Pipe it onto dessert plates. Garnish with raspberries, kiwi slices, lime zest strips, and raspberry puree.
