  1. 1. Whisk mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar, and liqueur until smooth and creamy. Chill the mixture. Slice the pistachios.
  2. 2. Remove the redcurrants from their stems. Wash all berries, remove any remaining stems, and pat them dry. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces depending on their size.
  3. 3. Stir the redcurrant jelly until smooth with the redcurrant juice and orange juice. Pour this marinade over the berries, mix gently, and let it infuse for about 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Fill the mascarpone cream into four glasses. Serve with the berry salad and garnish with the sliced pistachios and a dusting of powdered sugar.
