🍽️ Heart-shaped Marzipan Truffles

Ingredients
- 400 g Marzipan raw mass
- Powdered sugar (for dusting the work surface)
- 600 g Dark chocolate coating
- Finely chopped pistachios (alternatively almonds or colorful sprinkles)
Instructions
- 1. Lightly dust your work surface with powdered sugar.
- 2. Also coat a rolling pin with powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
- 3. Roll out the marzipan mass to a thickness of about 1 cm.
- 4. Dust a small heart-shaped cookie cutter with powdered sugar.
- 5. Cut out as many small hearts from the dough as possible.
- 6. Knead the remaining marzipan mass briefly.
- 7. Repeat the rolling and cutting process until the marzipan is used up.
- 8. Gently melt the coating chocolate in a double boiler.
- 9. Place a marzipan heart onto a candy dipping fork.
- 10. Dip the heart completely into the melted chocolate.
- 11. Let the chocolate drip off for a moment.
- 12. Place the heart on a wire rack or a piece of paper.
- 13. Immediately sprinkle pistachios, almond pieces, or sprinkles onto the wet chocolate.
- 14. Let the truffles set firm before serving.
