  3. 3. Roll out the marzipan mass to a thickness of about 1 cm.
  4. 4. Dust a small heart-shaped cookie cutter with powdered sugar.
  5. 5. Cut out as many small hearts from the dough as possible.
  6. 6. Knead the remaining marzipan mass briefly.
  7. 7. Repeat the rolling and cutting process until the marzipan is used up.
  8. 8. Gently melt the coating chocolate in a double boiler.
  9. 9. Place a marzipan heart onto a candy dipping fork.
  10. 10. Dip the heart completely into the melted chocolate.
  11. 11. Let the chocolate drip off for a moment.
  12. 12. Place the heart on a wire rack or a piece of paper.
