  1. 1. Cream soft butter in a bowl using a mixer or a fork.
  2. 2. Add powdered sugar, marzipan raw mass, vanilla bean paste, orange liqueur, coconut flakes, and grated chocolate to the butter.
  3. 3. Mix cornstarch and flour in a small separate bowl.
  4. 4. Add the flour and cornstarch mixture to the butter mixture and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
  5. 5. Roll small balls from the dough, about the size of a walnut.
  6. 6. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.
  7. 7. Gently flatten the balls with the tines of a fork.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  9. 9. Bake the cookies in the center of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  10. 10. Let the cookies cool down completely on the baking sheet.
  11. 11. Dust the cooled cookies first with powdered sugar.
  12. 12. Then lightly dust them with cocoa powder.
