🍰 Crunchy Marzipan Cookies

Ingredients
- 125 g soft butter
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 100 g marzipan raw mass
- Mark 1/2 vanilla pods
- 2 tbsp orange liqueur
- 35 g coconut flakes
- 50 g grated couverture chocolate
- 150 g cornstarch
- 50 g flour
- powdered sugar
- cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Cream soft butter in a bowl using a mixer or a fork.
- 2. Add powdered sugar, marzipan raw mass, vanilla bean paste, orange liqueur, coconut flakes, and grated chocolate to the butter.
- 3. Mix cornstarch and flour in a small separate bowl.
- 4. Add the flour and cornstarch mixture to the butter mixture and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
- 5. Roll small balls from the dough, about the size of a walnut.
- 6. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.
- 7. Gently flatten the balls with the tines of a fork.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 9. Bake the cookies in the center of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- 10. Let the cookies cool down completely on the baking sheet.
- 11. Dust the cooled cookies first with powdered sugar.
- 12. Then lightly dust them with cocoa powder.
