  1. 1. Beat the butter, sugar, and marzipan with a hand mixer for two minutes until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  2. 2. Add the eggs one by one and mix each one in well.
  3. 3. Gently fold the flour and ground almonds into the dough using a spoon.
  4. 4. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  5. 5. Fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
  6. 6. Pipe small rings with a diameter of about six centimeters onto the sheet.
  7. 7. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely.
  9. 9. Warm the jam in a small saucepan.
  10. 10. Spread the bottom of half of the cooled cookies with the warm jam.
  11. 11. Press the remaining cookies on top so that two cookies stick together.
  12. 12. Let the rings dry.
  13. 13. Dust the finished rings with powdered sugar at the end.
