  4. 4. Whisk powdered sugar with orange zest, orange juice, and liqueur to make a thick glaze.
  5. 5. Coat the marzipan hearts completely with the glaze.
  6. 6. Cut small hearts or stars from candied oranges and place them on the wet glaze.
  7. 7. Let the sweets dry completely for at least 5 hours.
