Ingredients
- 250 g Marzipan almond paste
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp rose water
- 3 tbsp Amaretto
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Mix the marzipan raw mass with the powdered sugar.
- 2. Add the rose water and the Amaretto.
- 3. Stir everything until the mass is moldable but still moist.
- 4. Form small balls from the marzipan mass, about the size of a cherry.
- 5. Sift the cocoa powder through a sieve.
- 6. Roll the marzipan balls in the cocoa powder.
