  1. 1. Remove the stems from the raspberries and wash them thoroughly.
  2. 2. Let the raspberries drain well in a sieve.
  3. 3. Place the raspberries, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and liqueur into a blender.
  4. 4. Blend the mixture until it forms a smooth, fine puree.
  5. 5. Set the raspberry sauce aside in a cool place.
  6. 6. Grate the marzipan very finely using a grater.
  7. 7. Stir the grated marzipan in a bowl with the mascarpone, yogurt, and sugar.
  8. 8. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until stiff.
  9. 9. Gently fold the whipped cream into the marzipan-mascarpone mixture.
  10. 10. Spoon a layer of the marzipan-cream mixture into each dessert glass.
  11. 11. Add a spoonful of the raspberry sauce over the cream.
  12. 12. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, starting and ending with the cream.
  13. 13. Use the tip of a fork to drag through the layers to create a marbled effect.
  14. 14. Garnish the desserts with fresh mint leaves.
