  1. 1. Divide the nougat into two equal portions.
  2. 2. Shape each nougat portion into a long roll that is 20 centimeters long and 1.5 centimeters thick.
  3. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of liqueur and the powdered sugar to the marzipan paste.
  4. 4. Knead the marzipan mixture well until everything is evenly combined.
  5. 5. Divide the marzipan mixture into two equal parts.
  6. 6. Lightly dust a work surface with powdered sugar.
  7. 7. Roll out each marzipan portion into a flat rectangle that is approximately 6 centimeters wide and 20 centimeters long.
  8. 8. Brush the surface of the marzipan rectangles thinly with liqueur.
  9. 9. Place one of the nougat rolls onto a marzipan rectangle.
  10. 10. Roll the marzipan paste tightly around the nougat roll.
  11. 11. Press the seam of the marzipan roll firmly until it is no longer visible.
  12. 12. Repeat steps 9 to 11 with the second marzipan portion and the second nougat roll.
  13. 13. Brush the outside of the finished marzipan nougat rolls thinly with liqueur.
  14. 14. Roll the rolls in the chopped pistachios until they are completely covered.
  15. 15. Cut the rolls into pieces approximately 2 centimeters thick.
  16. 16. Dust the finished discs with powdered sugar to taste.
