🍽️ Fruity Marzipan Mango Truffles

Ingredients
- 100 g dried mango
- 250 g marzipan base
- 1 tbsp honey
- 125 g ground almond kernels
- 2 tbsp rose water
- 150 g coconut flakes
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Pour about 200 milliliters of hot water over the mangoes.
- 2. Let the fruit steep in the water for about 2 hours.
- 3. Then squeeze the mango well to remove the liquid.
- 4. Chop the mango roughly into small pieces.
- 5. Break the marzipan mass into small pieces.
- 6. Place the chopped mango, marzipan pieces, honey, almonds, and rose petal water into a blender.
- 7. Blend the ingredients in the mixer until a fine mass is formed.
- 8. Transfer the puree mass into a bowl.
- 9. Knead in as many coconut flakes as needed until the mass is soft and moldable.
- 10. Shape small truffles from the mass.
- 11. Place the finished truffles into truffle molds.
- 12. Chop the chocolate roughly into pieces.
- 13. Melt the chocolate pieces together with the cream over a hot water bath.
- 14. Let the chocolate mass cool down slightly for a moment.
- 15. Drizzle some of the chocolate over the truffles as desired.
- 16. Garnish the truffles with violet flowers as desired.
