🍽️ Marzipan Fig Balls

Ingredients
- 3 Figs
- 3 Apricots
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 10 ml Rum
- 250 Marzipan
- Icing sugar
- Cherries
Instructions
- 1. Cut the figs into small pieces. Mix them with the raisins and rum. Cover the bowl and let the mixture soak overnight. Afterward, chop everything very finely until you have a uniform mass. Slice the marzipan into thin pieces.
- 2. Form small balls from the fruit mixture, about the size of a hazelnut. Wrap each ball in a slice of marzipan. Dust the balls with powdered sugar. Place a halved candied cherry on each ball. Put the balls into paper candy cups (small cardboard sleeves) and let them dry.
