  5. 5. Peel the onions and cut them in half.
  6. 6. Cut the onion halves into thin strips.
  7. 7. Peel the carrots.
  8. 8. Cut the carrots lengthwise into two halves.
  9. 9. Quarter the carrot halves.
  10. 10. Heat the oil in a casserole pot.
  11. 11. Fry the meat in batches until browned.
  12. 12. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Add the onions, carrots, and drained dried fruits to the meat.
  14. 14. Stir everything well.
  15. 15. Sauté the vegetables and fruits briefly.
  16. 16. Deglaze the dish with beef broth.

  18. 18. Simmer the dish on low heat for about 45 minutes.
  19. 19. Pick the coriander leaves off the stems.
  20. 20. Wash the coriander leaves.
