🍰 Fluffy Moroccan Pancakes with Honey

Ingredients
- 250 ml milk
- 0.5 cube fresh yeast
- 2 eggs
- 400 g flour
- 125 fine semolina
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp butter
- liquid honey (for drizzling)
Instructions
- 1. Warm the milk until it is lukewarm.
- 2. Pour the lukewarm milk into a bowl.
- 3. Stir the yeast into the milk.
- 4. Cover the bowl.
- 5. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes in a warm place.
- 6. Beat the eggs one by one into the batter.
- 7. Gradually add the flour.
- 8. Gradually add the semolina.
- 9. Add the salt.
- 10. Stir everything well.
- 11. Check if the batter is liquid.
- 12. Add a little more milk if necessary.
- 13. Cover the bowl again.
- 14. Let the batter rise for another 1.5 hours in a warm, draft-free spot.
- 15. Melt a little butter in a hot, non-stick pan.
- 16. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan.
- 17. Spread the batter out thinly.
- 18. Fry the pancake over low heat.
- 19. Do not flip the pancake.
- 20. Fry the pancake until the bottom is light brown.
- 21. Fry the pancake until the top forms small bubbles.
- 22. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
- 23. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- 24. Drizzle the pancakes with honey.
- 25. Serve the pancakes.
