- 3 tbsp mixed nuts (e.g. mixed nuts; pecans, sunflower seeds...)
- 3 tbsp mixed seeds (e.g. mixed nuts; pecans, sunflower seeds...)
- 1 tbsp dried cherries
- 1 tbsp palm oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop the white chocolate and the dark chocolate into small pieces each.
- 2. Fill two separate bowls with half of the palm oil each.
- 3. Place these bowls over a pot with hot, but not boiling water (a bain-marie).
- 4. Add 80 grams of the chopped white chocolate to one bowl and 80 grams of the chopped dark chocolate to the other.
- 5. Let the chocolate melt slowly over the hot water.
- 6. Remove the bowls from the water bath.
- 7. Add the remaining chopped white chocolate to the already melted white chocolate and stir until dissolved.
- 8. Add the remaining chopped dark chocolate to the already melted dark chocolate and stir until dissolved.
- 9. Place a sheet of baking paper on a flat surface.
- 10. Pour a small blob of white chocolate and a small blob of dark chocolate next to each other onto the baking paper.
- 11. Repeat this until you have a row of alternating blobs.
- 12. Poke a wooden stick into the adjacent blobs and pull it in a wavy motion through the chocolate to create a marbled effect.
- 13. Chop the nuts, seeds, and cherries roughly.
- 14. Sprinkle the chopped ingredients loosely over the still soft chocolate.
- 15. Let the chocolate cool completely and harden.
- 16. Carefully peel the cooled chocolate plates off the baking paper.
- 17. Serve the chocolate with coffee.
