  1. 1. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
  2. 2. Whisk 100 ml of oil with the vanilla seeds, turmeric, lemon juice, lemon zest, apple sauce, and coconut blossom sugar.
  3. 3. Stir in the milk and eggs slowly.
  4. 4. Sift 350 g of flour with starch and baking powder into a separate bowl and mix the dry ingredients well.
  5. 5. Fold the flour mixture into the liquid mixture quickly.
  6. 6. Remove about one-third of the batter and stir in cocoa powder with mineral water.
  7. 7. Grease the bundt cake pan with the remaining oil and dust it with the remaining flour.
  8. 8. Pour the light batter into the pan.
  9. 9. Add the dark chocolate batter on top.
  10. 10. Use a fork to draw circular patterns through the batter to create the marble effect.
  11. 11. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan or gas mark 3) for 60 minutes.
  12. 12. Perform the skewer test to check if the cake is done.
  13. 13. Turn the cake out onto a wire rack and let it cool for 10 minutes.
