  1. 1. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  2. 2. Scrape out the small seeds from the pod.
  3. 3. Whisk 100 milliliters of oil with the vanilla seeds.
  4. 4. Add turmeric, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the oil mixture.
  5. 5. Stir in the applesauce and coconut blossom sugar.
  6. 6. Add the milk gradually and stir it in.
  7. 7. Add the eggs and stir them in.
  8. 8. Sift 350 grams of flour, starch, and baking powder together into a separate bowl.
  9. 9. Mix the dry ingredients well together.
  10. 10. Quickly stir the dry mixture into the liquid batter.
  11. 11. Set aside about one-third of the finished batter.
  12. 12. Stir cocoa powder and mineral water into the reserved portion of the batter.
  13. 13. Grease the Bundt pan with the remaining oil.
  14. 14. Dust some flour into the pan if necessary.
  15. 15. Fill the light (vanilla-colored) batter into the pan.
  16. 16. Add the dark (chocolate) batter on top.
  17. 17. Swirl the chocolate batter into the light batter using a fork in a circular motion.
  18. 18. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius fan-assisted; Gas: Level 3).
  19. 19. Bake the cake for 60 minutes.
  20. 20. Perform the skewer test to check the baking time.
  21. 21. Invert the marble cake onto a wire rack.
  22. 22. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
