  1. 1. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
  2. 2. Whisk 100 ml of oil with the vanilla seeds, turmeric, lemon juice, lemon zest, apple sauce, and coconut blossom sugar.
  3. 3. Stir in the milk and eggs slowly.
  4. 4. Sift 350 g of flour with starch and baking powder into a separate bowl and mix the dry ingredients well.
  5. 5. Quickly fold the flour mixture into the liquid mixture.
  6. 6. Set aside about one-third of the batter.
  7. 7. Stir cocoa powder and mineral water into the remaining batter until it is dark.
  8. 8. Grease the bundt pan with some oil and dust it with flour to prevent sticking.
  9. 9. Pour the light batter into the prepared pan.
  10. 10. Add the dark chocolate batter on top.
  11. 11. Use a fork to draw circular patterns through the batter to create the marble effect.
  12. 12. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan or gas mark 3) for 60 minutes.
  13. 13. Check if the cake is done by inserting a wooden skewer.
  14. 14. Turn the cake out onto a wire rack and let it cool for 10 minutes.
