  7. 7. Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
  8. 8. Add the hazelnuts to the bowl.
  9. 9. Mix all dry ingredients in the bowl.
  10. 10. Grate the lemon zest finely.
  11. 11. Add the lemon zest to the flour mixture.
  12. 12. Cut the butter into small cubes.
  13. 13. Chop the butter cubes roughly into the flour mixture.
  14. 14. Add the eggs to the mixture.
  15. 15. Knead everything quickly into a smooth dough.
  16. 16. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
  17. 17. Put the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  18. 18. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  19. 19. Take the dough out of the refrigerator.
  20. 20. Divide the dough into portions.
  21. 21. Roll out one portion of dough to about 0.3 centimeters thickness.
  22. 22. Cut circles out of the dough.

  24. 24. Make sure you have equal numbers of circles and rings.
