  3. 3. Press a well into the center of the flour mound.
  4. 4. Place the egg into the well.
  5. 5. Distribute the butter (cut into small cubes) around the egg.
  6. 6. Chop all ingredients with a large knife until crumbly pieces form.
  7. 7. Quickly knead the crumbs together by hand to form a dough.
  8. 8. Wrap the dough tightly in plastic wrap.
  9. 9. Place the dough in the refrigerator or a cool place for about 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Press the chilled dough flat.
  11. 11. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  12. 12. Roll out the dough on the floured surface to a thickness of about 3 to 4 millimeters.
  13. 13. Cut out round cookies using a fluted edge cutter (about 5 centimeters in diameter).
  14. 14. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.
  15. 15. Set the shaped cookies aside in a cool place.
  16. 16. Beat butter, sugar, egg, and milk until white and foamy.
  17. 17. Gently stir in flour, almonds, and starch.
  18. 18. Do not mix the dough for too long to prevent it from becoming tough.
  19. 19. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  20. 20. Check if the dough is too stiff for piping.
  21. 21. If the dough is too stiff, stir in a little more milk.
  22. 22. Fill the dough into a piping bag.
  23. 23. Pipe a thin border around the chilled cookies.
  24. 24. Place one teaspoon of raspberry jam in the center of the cookies.
  25. 25. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  26. 26. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 12 to 15 minutes.
  27. 27. Mix powdered sugar, liqueur, and syrup until smooth.
  28. 28. Let the finished cookies cool on a wire rack.
  29. 29. Brush the edges of the cooled cookies with the liqueur-syrup mixture.
