🍽️ Rowanberry Jam with Apple

Ingredients
- 1 kg rowanberries (rowanberries)
- 2 vanilla pods
- 200 g apples
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 300 g coconut blossom sugar
- 1 level tbsp agar-agar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rowanberries thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the berries from the stems.
- 3. Wash the apples.
- 4. Remove the core from the apples.
- 5. Cut the apples into small pieces.
- 6. Place the rowanberries and apple pieces into a pot.
- 7. Pour in 1 cup of water.
- 8. Cook the mixture for about 15 minutes until very soft.
- 9. Puree the soft fruit mixture.
- 10. Slice the vanilla pods lengthwise.
- 11. Scrape out the vanilla seeds.
- 12. Mix the vanilla seeds with coconut blossom sugar, agar-agar, and lemon juice.
- 13. Add the fruit puree and coconut blossom sugar to the pot.
- 14. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 15. Simmer the jam for 5 minutes.
- 16. Fill the hot jam into prepared twist-off jars.
- 17. Seal the jars immediately.
