  1. 1. Wash the rowanberries thoroughly.
  2. 2. Remove the berries from the stems.
  3. 3. Wash the apples.
  4. 4. Remove the core from the apples.
  5. 5. Cut the apples into small pieces.
  6. 6. Place the rowanberries and apple pieces into a pot.
  7. 7. Pour in 1 cup of water.
  8. 8. Cook the mixture for about 15 minutes until very soft.
  9. 9. Puree the soft fruit mixture.
  10. 10. Slice the vanilla pods lengthwise.
  11. 11. Scrape out the vanilla seeds.
  12. 12. Mix the vanilla seeds with coconut blossom sugar, agar-agar, and lemon juice.
  13. 13. Add the fruit puree and coconut blossom sugar to the pot.
  14. 14. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  15. 15. Simmer the jam for 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Fill the hot jam into prepared twist-off jars.
  17. 17. Seal the jars immediately.
