  2. 2. Rinse the lamb loin fillets and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Place the fillets in a shallow dish.
  4. 4. Brush the fillets evenly all over with the herb oil.
  5. 5. Let the marinated fillets rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. 6. Place the fillets in an aluminum foil tray.
  7. 7. Grill the fillets for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  8. 8. Wrap the grilled fillets in aluminum foil.
  9. 9. Let the wrapped fillets rest for 5 minutes.
