  3. 3. Add fresh thyme.
  4. 4. Add dried tomatoes.
  5. 5. Mix everything together gently.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic.
  7. 7. Halve the garlic cloves.
  8. 8. Add the garlic pieces to the cheese.
  9. 9. Add peppercorns.
  10. 10. Fill the mixture into jars.
  11. 11. Pour olive oil over it.
  12. 12. Make sure the cheese is completely covered.
  13. 13. Seal the jars tightly.
  14. 14. Let the jars marinate for about 1 week.
