Ingredients
- 800 g small, round sheep's milk cheese
- 250 ml olive oil
- 10 fresh bay leaves
- 10 thyme sprigs
- 2 tbsp dried tomatoes
- 2 tsp peppercorns
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1. Take the goat cheese (sheep's milk cheese).
- 2. Add bay leaves.
- 3. Add fresh thyme.
- 4. Add dried tomatoes.
- 5. Mix everything together gently.
- 6. Peel the garlic.
- 7. Halve the garlic cloves.
- 8. Add the garlic pieces to the cheese.
- 9. Add peppercorns.
- 10. Fill the mixture into jars.
- 11. Pour olive oil over it.
- 12. Make sure the cheese is completely covered.
- 13. Seal the jars tightly.
- 14. Let the jars marinate for about 1 week.
