🍽️ Sesame Tuna in Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients
- 800 g tuna fillet (4 tuna fillets)
- 6 spring onions
- 20 g ginger (1 piece)
- 5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 50 g sesame
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tuna fillets under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Place the dry fillets in a bowl.
- 4. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
- 5. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rounds.
- 6. Peel the ginger.
- 7. Grate the ginger finely.
- 8. Mix the grated ginger with the teriyaki sauce and balsamic vinegar.
- 9. Set aside the sliced spring onions for the marinade.
- 10. Pour the sauce mixture over the tuna fillets.
- 11. Sprinkle the spring onions over the fish.
- 12. Cover the bowl.
- 13. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- 14. Turn the fillets occasionally during the marinating time.
- 15. Remove the fillets from the sauce after marinating.
- 16. Let the excess marinade drain off the fillets.
- 17. Season the fillets to taste with salt and pepper.
- 18. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
- 19. Fry the fillets for 2 minutes on the first side.
- 20. Fry the fillets for 2 minutes on the second side.
- 21. Remove the fillets from the pan temporarily.
- 22. Put the sesame seeds on a flat plate.
- 23. Brush the fillets with some of the remaining marinade.
- 24. Press the fillets into the sesame seeds so they are covered all around.
- 25. Place the sesame-covered fillets back into the hot pan.
- 26. Fry the fillets for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 27. Serve the fish with the remaining marinade.
