🍽️ South American marinated raw fish with shrimp

Ingredients
- 600 g Shrimp (kitchen-ready peeled and deveined)
- Salt
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Green chili (mild)
- 1 Lime (juice)
- brown sugar
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the shrimp thoroughly.
- 2. Boil the shrimp for about 1 minute in salted water.
- 3. Shock the shrimp immediately with cold water.
- 4. Let the shrimp drain well.
- 5. Wash the cucumber.
- 6. Halve the cucumber lengthwise.
- 7. Remove the core of the cucumber.
- 8. Dice the cucumber finely.
- 9. Wash the tomatoes.
- 10. Quarter the tomatoes.
- 11. Remove the core of the tomatoes.
- 12. Dice the tomatoes as well.
- 13. Peel the onion.
- 14. Cut the onion into cubes.
- 15. Peel the garlic.
- 16. Finely chop the garlic.
- 17. Wash the pepper.
- 18. Remove the stem and seeds of the pepper.
- 19. Dice the pepper finely.
- 20. Mix the lime juice with a little sugar.
- 21. Add cayenne pepper to the lime mixture.
- 22. Fold all prepared ingredients into the lime mixture.
- 23. Cover the bowl.
- 24. Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- 25. Stir the oil into the marinade before serving.
- 26. Season the dish to taste.
- 27. Fill the dish into glasses as desired.
- 28. Garnish the dish with coriander greens.
- 29. Serve with tortilla chips.
