Ingredients
- 0.5 lime
- 40 g green olives (pitted)
- 50 g dried tomatoes (drained)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small dried chili pepper
- 250 g mozzarella (9 % fat)
- black pepper
- rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lime.
- 2. Measure exactly one tablespoon of lime juice.
- 3. Finely chop the olives.
- 4. Finely chop the dried tomatoes.
- 5. Put the olive oil into a bowl.
- 6. Add the measured lime juice.
- 7. Add the chopped olives to the bowl.
- 8. Add the chopped dried tomatoes to the bowl.
- 9. Crumble the chili pepper.
- 10. Add the crumbled chili to the bowl.
- 11. Stir the marinade well.
- 12. Let the mozzarella drain.
- 13. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.
- 14. Place the cheese pieces on a plate.
- 15. Season the cheese with pepper.
- 16. Drizzle the marinade over the cheese.
- 17. Let the cheese marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- 18. Garnish the dish with rosemary.
- 19. Serve the marinated mozzarella.
