  8. 8. Put almonds, basil leaves, 5 tablespoons of oil, and 2 tablespoons of vinegar into a blender.
  9. 9. Blend the ingredients roughly into a paste.
  10. 10. Taste the almond-basil mixture and adjust with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Whisk yogurt with the remaining oil and lemon juice in a bowl.
