🍽️ Fresh Lime-Cured Salmon Cubes

Ingredients
- 400 g salmon fillet
- 1 lime (juice)
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the salmon into very small, fine cubes.
- 4. Pour the lime juice over the fish cubes.
- 5. Mix the fish thoroughly with the juice.
- 6. Cover the bowl.
- 7. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- 8. Wash the bell peppers and the chili pepper under running water.
- 9. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell peppers.
- 10. Remove the seeds and white pith from the chili pepper.
- 11. Dice the bell peppers into small cubes.
- 12. Dice the chili pepper into small cubes.
- 13. Wash the spring onions under running water.
- 14. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 15. Take the bowl with the salmon out of the refrigerator.
- 16. Add the diced bell pepper to the salmon.
- 17. Add the diced chili to the salmon.
- 18. Add the spring onion rings to the salmon.
- 19. Finely chop the parsley.
- 20. Add the parsley to the salmon.
- 21. Add the oil to the salmon.
- 22. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
- 23. Season the mixture to taste with salt.
- 24. Serve the marinated salmon immediately.
