  3. 3. Season the steaks evenly with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
  5. 5. Slice the garlic into very thin pieces.
  6. 6. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
  7. 7. Wash the parsley under cold water.
  8. 8. Chop the parsley finely.
  9. 9. Mix the lemon juice, garlic slices, and parsley in a bowl with the olive oil.
  10. 10. Place the swordfish steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. 11. Pour the marinade evenly over the fish.
  12. 12. Let the steaks marinate for 30 minutes.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  14. 14. Bake the fish in the oven for 15 minutes.
