🍽️ Oven-Baked Swordfish with Fresh Lemon-Garlic Marinade

Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 unpeeled lemons
- 1 bunch parsley
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the swordfish steaks under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the steaks evenly with salt and pepper.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Slice the garlic into very thin pieces.
- 6. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 7. Wash the parsley under cold water.
- 8. Chop the parsley finely.
- 9. Mix the lemon juice, garlic slices, and parsley in a bowl with the olive oil.
- 10. Place the swordfish steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 11. Pour the marinade evenly over the fish.
- 12. Let the steaks marinate for 30 minutes.
- 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 14. Bake the fish in the oven for 15 minutes.
- 15. Turn the steaks once halfway through the cooking time.
- 16. Slice the second lemon into thin rounds.
- 17. Cut the lemon into small wedges.
- 18. Garnish the finished fish with the lemon slices.
