🍽️ Marinated Feta with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 1 handful parsley (5 g)
- 2 sprigs tarragon
- 2 sprigs mint
- 80 g walnut kernels
- 400 g feta (45 % fat in dry matter)
- 1 tbsp black cumin
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry.
- 3. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 4. Chop the herbs coarsely.
- 5. Chop the walnuts coarsely as well.
- 6. Place the chopped herbs and walnuts into a bowl.
- 7. Crumble the feta cheese into the bowl.
- 8. Sprinkle the black cumin over the mixture.
- 9. Add the lemon juice.
- 10. Add the oil.
- 11. Season with salt.
- 12. Season with pepper.
- 13. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- 14. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
- 15. Let the marinade infuse for at least 2 hours.
