  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves of their skin.
  5. 5. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
  6. 6. Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
  7. 7. Place the ribs into the marinade.
  8. 8. Seal the marinade container well.
  9. 9. Place the marinade in the refrigerator for about 24 hours.
  10. 10. Turn the ribs repeatedly during the marinating time.
  11. 11. Preheat the grill to the desired temperature.
  12. 12. Remove the spare ribs from the marinade.
  13. 13. Let the excess marinade drip off the ribs.
  14. 14. Place the ribs on the hot grill with the meat side down.
  15. 15. Grill the ribs for about 10 minutes.
