  8. 8. Dry the lemons with a cloth.
  9. 9. Slice one of the lemons into thin rounds.
  10. 10. Grate about one teaspoon of zest from the second lemon.
  11. 11. Squeeze the juice from the second lemon.
  12. 12. Wash the piece of meat.
  13. 13. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
  14. 14. Place the meat in a shallow baking dish.
  15. 15. Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
  16. 16. Pour the marinade evenly over the meat.
  17. 17. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the meat.
  18. 18. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap.
