🍽️ Grilled Sea Bass with Herb Marinade

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 sage leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 shallots (sliced)
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 800 g turbot fillet (4 turbot fillets)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Crush olive oil, sage leaves, thyme, rosemary, shallots, garlic, mustard seeds, peppercorns, and bay leaves in a mortar to make a coarse paste. Coat the fish with this mixture and let it marinate for several hours, turning the fish once.
- 2. Remove the fillets from the marinade. Scrape off excess residue with a knife and fry or grill the steaks. Season with salt and pepper afterwards.
