🍽️ Honey-Marinated Grilled Pork Cutlets

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sherry
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp germ oil
- 4 pork cutlets (approx. 180 g each)
- oil (for grilling)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Put the honey, sherry, tomato paste, cayenne pepper, and seed oil into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients well with a spoon until a uniform marinade forms.
- 3. Coat the pork cutlets thoroughly with the marinade.
- 4. Let the cutlets marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Lightly salt the marinated cutlets.
- 6. Oil a grill grate and place the cutlets on it.
- 7. Fry the cutlets for about 2 to 3 minutes on the first side.
- 8. Turn the cutlets and fry them for another 2 to 3 minutes on the second side.
- 9. Remove the cutlets from the grill and serve them on a salad.
- 10. Garnish the dish with grilled vegetables such as bell peppers, onion slices, or lemon slices.
- 11. Sprinkle fresh diced avocado over the finished dish.
