🍽️ Crunchy Peppers in Lemon-Garlic Marinade

Ingredients
- 2 small bell peppers (red)
- 2 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the peppers under running water.
- 2. Remove the stem and the inside of the peppers.
- 3. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
- 4. Remove the white pith from the halves.
- 5. Cut the pepper flesh into narrow strips.
- 6. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 7. Cut the spring onions into fine rings.
- 8. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 9. Slice the garlic cloves thinly.
- 10. Cut the garlic slices into small sticks.
- 11. Wash the parsley.
- 12. Shake the parsley dry.
- 13. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 14. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
- 15. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 16. Fry the pepper strips over high heat.
- 17. Stir the peppers constantly while frying.
- 18. Fry the peppers for 3 to 5 minutes until they are still crisp.
- 19. Add the spring onion rings to the pan.
- 20. Add the garlic sticks to the pan.
- 21. Fry the onions and garlic briefly.
- 22. Stir the lemon juice into the pan.
- 23. Stir the chopped parsley into the pan.
- 24. Season the mixture with salt.
- 25. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 26. Let the marinade sit for 4 hours.
