  4. 4. Remove the white pith from the halves.
  5. 5. Cut the pepper flesh into narrow strips.
  6. 6. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  7. 7. Cut the spring onions into fine rings.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic cloves.
  9. 9. Slice the garlic cloves thinly.
  10. 10. Cut the garlic slices into small sticks.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley.
  12. 12. Shake the parsley dry.
  13. 13. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  14. 14. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
  15. 15. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  16. 16. Fry the pepper strips over high heat.
  17. 17. Stir the peppers constantly while frying.
  18. 18. Fry the peppers for 3 to 5 minutes until they are still crisp.
